1.) Can I purchase property?
- If you are an Indian resident, OCI / PIO holder and BK with minimum 2 years, following BK principles & life style then you can purchase Property at GGRC.
2.) What is payment system?
- 100% payment within 2 months if house is ready.
3.) How much land is in retreat centre and how much
land for
residential zone?
- Out of total 40 acres of land, 25 acres of land is in residential zone.
- i>Retreat Centre will be ready in 15 acres of land.
4.) How much land revenue will have to be paid and how
much tax
will be levied by the gram panchayat for the property purchased?
- Tax will be charged by the gram panchayat as per your property area.
- Land revenue will be subject to government rules.
1.) Whether title of the land is clear?
- Yes, title is clear and marketable.
- All property plans are approved by Collector Himant nagar & Gram panchayat, Ujedia.
2.) Whether loan facility available?
- Yes, the Property / land / project is pre-approved by SBI.
- Loans have also been disbursed by Union Bank, Bank of Baroda & Central Bank of India.
- As the title is clear, any nationalized & private banks can provide loans. Relevant papers can be provided by GGRC.

- You can share your biodata, interest of service area and your centre details via email.
- Our team shall get in touch with you.
2.) My son/daughter is Kumar/Kumari, Shall he/she get SEVA?
- Yes. If her aim to serve godly service.
1.) Does GGRC have all the rules and regulations like Madhuban?
- Yes, starting with Amritvela to bed time the day schedule will be almost similar to Madhuban.
2.) Does GGRC provide meals on a permanent basis?
- Kitchens are provided in all houses
- However, in case you are sick or you require to have meals at GGRC dining you can get it at nominal rates.
3.) Shall I get maid/servant or caretaker?
- Yes servant and caretaker facility is available on payment basis.
4.) Whether my relative or lokik family can stay in my
house?
- Yes. Provided they are observing Bk’s rules and dharna.
- For relatives to stay, your presence is a must.
5.) I stay only for a few months a year. Can I get my house cleaned whenever I come to stay?
- Yes, GGRC will get your house cleaned if it is given for retreat SEVA, otherwise it's chargeable.
6.) What are the facilities in residence Zone?
- Gardens, children play area, food-court, riverside path/walkway, library, transport, exercise room, dispensary, ambulance services, etc.
7.) What about internal roads, internet, electricity and solar facilities?
- There are 18, 12 & 9-meter road.
- JIO tower is installed.
- 3 generators set for lift and street light.
- For house individual solar to be installed.
- Electricity supply is 24x7 available by the government.
8.) What about schools?
- Schools are available in nearby areas.
1.) Can I donate if I have not purchased property?
- Yes, you can donate to Mahadani Spiritual Foundation for the retreat centre and you will get an 80 G Certificate.
2.) I am NRI, can I give a donation?
- Yes, one can donate from their NRE accounts.
3.) Can I donate in cash/kind for a specific purpose? Like Baba's room or kitchen etc.?
- Yes, you can donate in cash & kind for specific purposes.
